How we work
You approve. Always.
Most people hold back from handing work to AI for one reason: trust. Here is exactly what we do, and what we never do.
How we work
Most people hold back from handing work to AI for one reason: trust. Here is exactly what we do, and what we never do.
In what we set up for you, AI writes a draft and stops. You read it, edit it or reject it. Only your approval sends it. That is the whole design: the speed of a draft, with the final say staying with you.
One exception we state openly: our own hotel's reply system, StayAt SalesBot, answers guests directly. It answers only from facts the hotel approved in advance and hands anything new to staff. That is a different setup, and we label it wherever we mention it.
Client personal data is still covered by the PDPA when it goes into an AI tool. Our habit, and the one we teach, is to swap names, NRIC numbers, phone numbers and addresses for placeholders such as [Client] and [Project] before anything is pasted. Our prompts are written to work with placeholders and never need personal data.
General information, not legal advice. What client details should never go into an AI tool.
Our two AI team members, Kai (tech) and Mei (customer success), are AI-generated characters with AI-generated voices. We say so wherever they appear. Ben is a real person; the illustrations of him in our videos are drawings.
When AI has edited a listing photo, the photo carries a clear label. We teach that in the Starter Kit.
AI can help you draft faster. We cannot promise it will bring you more clients, save a set number of hours or get you cited by AI search, and we do not claim to. We make promises only about what we do ourselves, and we put them in writing before any work starts.
