For Singapore property agents

From WhatsApp enquiry to viewing, without the evening typing.

AI drafts the reply. You approve it. Nothing with a client's NRIC goes into AI, and nothing goes out without your OK.

What AI can draft for you

Three jobs agents tell us eat their evenings

WhatsApp enquiry to viewing

A reply to the enquiry, the viewing options, the confirmation and the reminder, each drafted from a prompt with placeholders like [Client] and [Project]. You read it, change a word, approve it.

Listing descriptions

A first draft from the facts you give it, told not to invent anything else. If any photo is edited with AI, the description ends with a clear label so buyers are not misled.

Client follow-ups

A polite note after a viewing, a price-update message, a weekly update. Easy to say “not now” to, with no pressure tricks.

Example only: a draft waiting for you
Hi [Client], thanks for viewing [Project] today. As discussed: [fact you gave them]. Next step: [next step]. Happy to answer any questions.

Protecting your client

Redact first

Client personal data is still covered by the PDPA when it goes into an AI tool. The simplest habit is to keep names, NRIC numbers, phone numbers and addresses out of your prompts and use placeholders instead.

The Starter Kit has a one-page checklist: what is fine to paste, what to redact first, what never goes in. Read the Insights articles for the detail:

What CEA has said

AI-edited listing photos need a clear label

We found no CEA rule that bans ChatGPT. In a written answer to Parliament in January 2026, the Ministry of National Development said the CEA Code of Ethics requires all advertising to describe a property accurately, and that agents should give sufficient disclaimers when AI has altered or enhanced images or videos. A short note such as “Image digitally enhanced with AI” is the kind of disclaimer the answer describes.

CEA said it is reviewing its guidelines on AI in property advertisements, so the wording expected may change. Sources checked 19 October 2026. General information, not legal advice. Read the full article.
